Ensemble pour la République stands as the leading democratic opposition party in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). Guided by the vision of our National President, Moïse Katumbi Chapwe, our party is dedicated to the principles of transparency, inclusivity, and national prosperity.
The USA Coordination serves as the party’s official representative body in the United States. We are a dynamic community of Congolese citizens and allies united by a singular mission: to serve as architects of change and a strategic bridge between international innovation and our homeland’s development.
Our Identity
We represent a diverse coalition of the Congolese diaspora—including entrepreneurs, academics, professionals, and civic leaders. We believe that the revitalization of the DRC requires the collective expertise of its people, regardless of geography. As the party’s primary diplomatic and civic engine in the United States, we facilitate the connection between the aspirations of the Congolese people and American strategic opportunities. We manage high-level engagement with the federal government, international organizations, civil society, and the global media.

As a “think-and-do tank,” we mobilize diaspora resources to enrich the party’s national platform, refining the policies and governance strategies that will shape the future of our nation.

OUR UNIQUE ENGAGEMENT MODEL
The “Double Membership” Commitment
We believe that being part of the diaspora should never mean being disconnected from home. Our Double Membership initiative formalizes the bond between the Congolese in the U.S. and the communities they represent.
Under this model, members pledge their support through a dual-registration process:
1. Provincial Solidarity: Registering with their home or preferred province in the DRC to support local development and party activities.
2. Diaspora Engagement: Registering with their local U.S. chapter to drive our international mission. This ensures that every contribution made in the United States resonates directly within the provinces of the Congo, creating a powerful, unified front for change.
