General Undertaking

As a member of the USA Coordination of Ensemble pour la République, I solemnly pledge to conduct all my activities, whether personal or on behalf of the organization, in full compliance with the legal framework of the United States of America.

Pillars of Legal Adherence

I commit to the following levels of legal and ethical responsibility:

• Federal Law: I shall strictly abide by the Constitution and all federal laws of the United States, including but not limited to regulations governing non-profit activities, foreign representation (such as FARA), and financial transparency.

• State and Local Statutes: I pledge to respect and follow the laws, ordinances, and regulations of the
specific State and local municipality in which I reside or conduct organizational business.

• Public Order: I commit to promoting the values of peace and democratic engagement, ensuring that all advocacy and community outreach efforts are conducted within the boundaries of permitted public assembly and expression.

Integrity of Action

I understand that any action taken in my capacity as a member that violates US federal, state, or local laws is strictly prohibited and shall be grounds for immediate disciplinary action or revocation of membership. I recognize that our mission to support the development of the DRC must always be underpinned by an unwavering respect for the laws of our host nation
